The first four months are about becoming grounded, confident, and clear in your role as a coach.
You’ll master the foundational coaching skills that make coaching safe, ethical, and effective — so you’re no longer guessing what to do in sessions or questioning yourself afterward.
At the same time, you’ll learn how to access and trust your intuition as a coaching skill, not a hunch. You’ll know how to read what’s happening beneath the surface, set strong energetic boundaries, and stay present while holding others.
This is where coaching stops feeling shaky — and starts feeling solid, natural, and professional.

Months 5 - 6
Build The Coaching Business as You Coach
The final two months are where your confidence becomes real-world experience.
Instead of finishing the program and wondering how to actually coach, where to find people, or whether you’re ready to charge — you begin working with real clients while you’re still inside the container.
Using our proprietary free-to-paid client system, you’ll start by offering free sessions to practice your skills in real conversations, with real people. As you coach, you’ll gather lived proof of your work — clarity, feedback, and testimonials — while receiving guidance and support along the way.
From there, you’ll learn how to naturally and confidently transition those free sessions into paid clients, in a way that feels aligned, ethical, and grounded in service — not sales pressure.
